Booking Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, customers have a 10-minute grace period to cancel without penalty. After this period, cancellations will incur the full charge of the booking, and no refunds will be provided for any adjustments requested by the customer. We recommend double-checking your schedule before finalising your booking to avoid any issues.

General Waiver – Limitation of Liability

Customers acknowledge that during their visit to Pickle Jam Courts PLT (“PickleJam”), Customers voluntarily use PickleJam facilities and voluntarily participate in activities arranged by PickleJam, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender their right to any cause of action against PickleJam arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during their participation in activities organised by PickleJam.

Customers hereby agree to be responsible for their own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.

Customers hereby certify that they are physically fit and have not been advised to not participate, by any means or in any manner, in any such activity arranged by PickleJam by a qualified medical professional. Customers hereby certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude their participation in any and all activities arranged by PickleJam, should they decide to participate.

Customers hereby waive, release and discharge from and against any and all liability from their participation in activities at PickleJam, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of PIckleJam and/or its employees and/or its collaborators and/or its subcontractors, for a participants death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to a participant from activities arranged.

Customers agree that this release shall be legally binding upon Customers personally and all members of their family.

General Disclaimers

All reservations and bookings are processed on a first come first served basis.

Reservation of Rights

Customers shall not use the premises except for permitted use and shall not use the premises for any offensive, noisy, dangerous, illegal, entertainment, immoral or improper purposes. Customers shall not do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance to PickleJam and its customers, staff or owners.

PickleJam reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate use of the premises or any of its facilities by Customers in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions. Customers will be required to vacate the premises and PickleJam shall not refund payment or accept any consequential liability damages or loss.

PickleJam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or reschedule any bookings as deemed necessary. Customers will be notified of any changes as soon as possible. If PickleJam cancels a booking, affected customers will receive a refund. If rescheduling does not work for the customer, they may request a cancellation, and PickleJam will also provide a refund. PickleJam will not be liable for any other costs, losses, or inconveniences incurred due to such changes.

Photo / Video Release

Customers hereby grant PickleJam the right and permission to use photographic material & video in which they are featured and are taken during the course of their visit. PickleJam holds the right to use, republish, copyright, etc. this material for advertising and promotional purposes.

Customers hereby release and discharge PickleJam from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Acceptance

By making a booking at PickleJam you hereby certify that you have read and fully understood the present Terms & Conditions, and you are fully aware that there is a release of liability included, you accept all Terms & Conditions and you agree of your own free will to all Terms & Conditions and applicable policies above.

Where reservations are made on behalf of other parties, the person making the reservation hereby confirms that he/she is authorised to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of the other persons in the reservation.

PickleJam reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time. The current policy is always applicable.
