Look for pillar 88 or 93 (depending on which level you are on)  in the car park where you will see signs for the lift to Ace Sports World. Come up to the 3rd floor.

Do NOT use the mall lifts as they do not connect to the sports arena.

Once a booking is confirmed, payment will be charged to your card immediately.

If you need to postpone or cancel your booking:

1) Cancel with more than 72 hours notice

FREE cancellation if we are notified more than 72 hours prior to the booking time.
– Virtual Credits equivalent to the value of the court booking will be added to your account which can be applied against your next booking.

2) Cancel with less than 72 hours notice

If we manage to refill your booking:
– we will add Virtual Credits equivalent to the value of the court booking to your account

If the booking is not taken by another customer:
– you will not receive any Virtual Credits

How does this work in detail?
After we are notified of the cancellation, the court will show as available for booking on our website.
– if your original booking time is taken by another customer, Virtual Credits equivalent to the value of the court booking will be added to your account (it is effectively a FREE cancellation)
– if the time slots remain empty, a 100% penalty will apply. Virtual Credits will not be added to your account

To apply Virtual Credits as payment for your next booking, just click on “Apply Virtual Credits” in the Check Out window.

Yes, you can.

You will book both court and coach at the same time on the court booking link above.

While booking your courts, click on the Coach drop down list and select any coach available at the time of your booking.

If you have a preferred coach, before selecting a court, please go to “Coach” at the top of your booking screen and select your preferred coach. The system will then show you time slots when both courts and preferred coach are available.

After making your selection from either the Book or Community tabs of the booking software, click on Check Out.

To apply Virtual Credits as payment, just click on “Apply Virtual Credits” (just above “Total”) in the Check Out window.

To see the balance of Virtual Credits remaining on your account, go to Account and the balance will appear below your name.

Non-marking court shoes are required for PickleJam Courts.
Tennis, badminton and squash shoes are all suitable for pickleball.
